Age Requirements:

Head Start accepts children ages three- and four-years-old.  Priority is given to children who will be three (3) and four (4) by September 30th.

Hours of Registration:

The hours of registration are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  An appointment is needed.  Please contact a Head Start Center nearest you for registration:

Documents Needed for Registration:

• Birth Record
• Income Tax form 1040 or W-2, check stub or letter from employer verifying income or documentation showing current status as recipients of public assistance or Social Security.
• Social Security card
• Immunization (shot) record
• Medical/ Private Insurance

The application approximately takes 20 minutes.  There is no fee for registration.
